FCT R&D 2022: LAETA coordinates around 30% of the projects approved in the mechanical and systems engineering evaluation panel

In the 2022 FCT R&D call, around 30% (28,57%) of the projects approved in the mechanical and systems engineering evaluation panel are led by LAETA’s researchers. 

This achievement includes six projects: four focused on exploratory research and two on scientific research and technological development.

Moreover, there are also LAETA's researchers coordinating two of the projects approved in the civil engineering evaluation panel, one in bioengineering and biotechnology and one in agriculture, forestry and fisheries. 

Most projects focus on subjects related to Energy, Environment & Sustainability, Structures & Mechanical Systems, and Intelligent Systems & Control LAETA's research groups.
