39 LAETA researchers among the 2% most cited worldwide

There are 39 LAETA researchers on the list of the most cited scientists worldwide, according to the latest update of the "World’s Top 2% Scientists list”. This is an annual ranking conducted by Stanford University and published by the prestigious publisher Elsevier, which makes a selective list of the most cited scientists in their respective fields of work.

The list includes a total of 223 153 researchers from around the world, 889 of whom conduct their work in Portuguese institutions.
