- Design of biomaterials and scaffolds combining numerical modelling and experimental functional characterization of biotissues and their potential substitutes for restoration of biofunctionalities
- The acquisition of anatomical data, 3D reconstruction from data clouds, STL editing, CAD modelling, topological optimization and prototyping by conventional or additive manufacturing techniques
